How Kombi Couriers works

The website is another client of the same platform as the app. A package you list here appears on a driver's Flutter loadboard immediately.

1. Step 1

   Create a package

   Pickup, drop-off, weight, and urgency. The API returns a suggested fee from the same pricing engine as the mobile app.

2. Step 2

   Drivers match your route

   Verified transporters see jobs on their directional loadboard — pickup near them, destination near where they are already going.

3. Step 3

   Accept a bid or listed fee

   Review bids in your inbox, accept one, and pay through Yoco. Kombi Couriers never stores card numbers.

4. Step 4

   Track to the door

   Status and GPS updates stream over Socket.IO. Pickup and delivery confirmation stay on the driver phone with OTP.
