Delivery fees are calculated in real-time based on a base rate, distance travelled, urgency level, and a platform service fee. Please note that fees are subject to adjustment by Administrators to reflect operational changes—we recommend checking the fee estimate at the time of booking.
Standard
Listed on the directional board. Best when the package can wait for a driver already heading that way.
Express / urgent
Higher multiplier, shorter window. Same quote API the app uses when you pick urgency.
Bidding
Set a listed fee and a max you will pay. Drivers bid; you accept from the bid inbox.
See your delivery cost upfront. We authorise payment only when a driver is assigned, and charge you when your package is delivered.
