Privacy

We collect account details, addresses, package descriptions, device location from drivers during active shipments, and KYC documents for transporter verification. Documents are served through time-limited signed URLs. Payments are processed by Yoco; Kombi Couriers stores tokens and transaction references, not card PAN or CVV. Location and identity data are used to operate matching, tracking, compliance, and support. This notice will be expanded before production launch.
